1. OVERVIEW

• 1.1 This privacy policy (the “Policy”) govern the relationship between you (the “End.User”, “You”, “Your”) and FinVerse Labs FZ-LLC (“Software Provider”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) by setting out the terms on which We collect, share, use, and store personal information of the End-Users while accessing the Platform (as defined below), websites, widgets and/or APIs (collectively referred as “Software”).
• 1.2 The Software Provider has developed and operates a service named Pay.io (the “Platform”) that allow End-Users (as defined below) to access the Software built by the Software Provider, through which End-Users may interact and transact with various third parties that offer either fiat-to-cryptocurrency and/or cryptocurrency-to-fiat and/or conversion services (referred to as a Gateway or Gateways) through which it provides its services (referred as “Services”).
• 1.3 By browsing the Platform, Software and Services, You acknowledge that You have read and understood the terms of service (the “Terms”) and agree to be bound by and to comply with them and all applicable laws and regulations as well as this Policy. If You do not agree to the Terms or Policy, You may not use the Platform, Software and Services.
• 1.4 We may revise this Policy from time to time by amending this page.

2. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

• 2.1 We currently do not directly collect any personally identifiable information from you. However, we do collect data of the highest standard of care, which may not qualify as personally identifiable information.
• 2.2 The data includes:
  • 2.2.1 Software Usage Data: such as Device Information and Log Data, to understand how you use our Site and/or Software.
• 2.3 It's important to note that the processing of any additional data provided by End-users when using Gateways services is governed by the respective Gateways's privacy policies, and We do not act as a data controller for such information.
• 2.4 While the Software Provider itself does not collect personal information, it's crucial to be aware that Gateways may collect such information according to their privacy policies.

3. WHAT DO WE USE YOUR DATA FOR

3.1 We may process Software Usage Data for us to:

• 3.1.1 Prevent fraud, money laundering or unauthorized use of our Software such as mal-intended usage of our Site and/or Software
• 3.1.2 Manage our Site and/or Software, system administration, and security and identify IT or network issues,
• 3.1.3 Perform End-Users analytics to keep track of usage and better understand our End-Users; carry out research and development to improve our Site and/or Software as well as improve the way Gateways are selected and shown to the End-Users.

4. DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?

• 4.1 No, we do not share any personal identification data. We may from time to time share Transactional Data or Software Usage Data with Gateways.
• 4.2 The processing of any additional data provided by End-Users when using Gateways services is governed by the respective Gateways's privacy policies, and We do not act as a data controller for such information.

5. DO WE PROCESS TRANSACTION DATA

5.1 We do not engage in the processing of transactions or transaction data. Instead, We share the selected Fiat/Crypto pair with estimated values chosen by the Customer to the designated Gateways, along with the selected crypto deposit address. It is important to note that we lack visibility and control over the operations at the on-ramping provider, leading to uncertainty regarding whether the transmitted data will ultimately lead to a corresponding transaction.

6. DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

6.1 From time to time, we may store Software Usage Data to ensure the functioning of our Services. This data is retained solely for the purpose of enhancing the overall performance and functionality of our Services.
